When do I need to order Thanksgiving catering?
Deadlines on this page run from Nov 13 (Morgan Brothers) to Nov 22 (HoneyFire and Smoked Pickle), and some spots close early when they sell out. A few list no deadline at all, so call as soon as you know your headcount.
How do I reheat barbecue catering?
Several spots, like Wells Station, Delta Blues and Brazen Que, send food chilled to heat at home. Follow the instructions that come with your order.
Is it delivery or pickup?
Almost everything here is pickup. Edley's lists delivery on Tue Nov 24 as an option, and Corky's says local pickup only. Puckett's lists a Thanksgiving morning pickup and Smoked Pickle a hot pickup on Thanksgiving Day.
Can I order for an office lunch or Friendsgiving?
Yes. Martin's runs pickup from Nov 23 through Nov 29, and One & Only prices its holiday buffet per person, which works well for a group. For a weekday office lunch, ask the spot about dates outside the posted Thanksgiving window.
