Why go
Hogwood BBQ opened its first restaurant on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Franklin, in the former Saladworks space.3 The concept grew out of a catering business chef Michael Marsee founded in Crested Butte, Colorado.3 Hogwood seasons its meats with a house spice blend and smokes them over locally sourced orchard wood. It also runs a barbecue trailer for events.21
