Why go
Chris Ford started Sweet P's as a catering business in 2005 with his wife Kari, named for their newborn daughter. A dine-in Soul House followed in 2009 and ran until 2020, with spots on Travel Channel's Man v. Food.1 Uptown Corner opened in Fountain City in spring 2021 as the first full-service Sweet P's, with table service, a bar and weekend brunch. The downtown location has since closed.13
