Southern Gospel singer Tony Gore spent about 20 years touring, then opened this restaurant in December 2006 to combine his two loves, gospel music and cooking.1 The meats are 100 percent hickory smoked pit barbecue, and the sauces are his own recipes, starting with one from his granddaddy.1
