Why go
Todd and Shannon Haylett have run a barbecue spot at 5028 Spedale Court in Spring Hill since 2014. They bought the JJ's Barbecue location, kept the JJ's name at first, and later rebranded as Denims.3 The menu features pulled pork barbecue, brisket and oven-roasted pulled turkey, with sides like cheesy potatoes, fried okra and sweet potato fries.1
Todd Haylett and his wife started Denim's to offer scratch-made family meals to pick up in a hurry. The pulled pork is smoked over hickory charcoal and finished with a vinegar marinade.2
