Reid Burton, who grew up in Kingsport, bought Braeden's in 2014.2 The spot at 823 N. Eastman Rd. serves 24-hour hickory smoked barbeque, including pulled pork or turkey, beef brisket and ribs.1 There are five sauces: house, honey, sweet and bold, hot and spicy, and Carolina.2
In spring 2020, Braeden's turned part of its dining room into a pop-up grocery market and kept its whole staff, per Sysco.4
