Why go
Barque took the place of Charlie's BBQ & Bakery on East Main Street under new owners. The name refers to the smoked outer layer on a brisket.4 Megan Roberson leads the smoking. She learned from Marcus Willis, a Texas native and former general manager.5
Brisket, pulled pork, beef ribs and chicken smoke over oak and hickory for 12 to 16 hours, depending on the meat.6
