Bain's Germantown location opened in 2026, its second after the original in Cooper Young.1 Meats are smoked over a wood-burning pit and carved fresh, with counter service.1 Bryant and Heather Bain own and run Bain with partner Ryan Glosson. The Germantown spot opened in May 2026 in a former Arby's, serving brisket, smoked turkey and other wood-smoked meats.23
