Bennett's is a pit on the Pigeon Forge Parkway, locally owned and operated for over 30 years.1 Meats are hickory smoked for up to 14 hours, and the sauce comes warm on the side.1 Bennett's opened in Pigeon Forge in 1991. It was Bruce Johnson's first restaurant and is part of the family-owned Johnson Family of Restaurants.3
